Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.



Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be: – In the same condition as

received – Unused, with tags – In its original packaging – Accompanied
by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@hermajestycandles.ca.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label
along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be
accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective,
damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: – Perishable goods (such as
food, flowers, or plants) – Custom or personalized products – Personal
care goods (such as beauty products) – Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases – Sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact

Exchanges

To receive a different item, please return the original product (once
approved) and place a new order separately.


Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of
the approval status. If approved, the refund amount will be issued via
e-Transfer.
